UNESCO World Heritage Site Bhimbetka Caves of Madhey Pradesh, India.

While scrolling down to the net came across one of the unknown UNESCO World Heritage site in Madhey Pradesh - Bhimbetka Caves. this situated on the Bhopal - Hoshangabad Highway, 45 km away from Bhopal. These are the ancient caves with extraordinary paintings earlier than the prehistoric times.

These are the most earliest forms of cave system exhibiting the earliest traces of mankind.  You can find the rock paintings and art on the walls and roof of the caves and shelters. A trip to Bhimbetka is a adventurous journey into the past.
